Constantin Cantacuzino (1639-1716), fue un rumano noble e historiador que llevó a cabo altos cargos en el Principado de Valaquia. En su Historia de Valaquia, "aceptó una mezcla Daco-romana" en relación con el origen de los rumanos . Promotor de una política anti-otomana, fue ejecutado junto con su hijo.
