Hans Baldung, apodado Grien o Grün (1480-1545), fue un pintor alemán del renacimiento, que también trabajó como ilustrador, grabador y diseñador de vidrieras. Discípulo de Durero, conformó un estilo muy personal, especialmente en sus inquietantes alegorías.
