Descripción / observaciones

NOTA: El Libertador se pronunció asi: "El retrato mío hecho en Lima con mayor exactitud y semejanza". Obra del pintor JOSÉ GIL DE CASTR(1824),que ademas de representar al Padre de la Ptria en el momento de su mayor gloria,constituye un trabajo de mayor calidad. Bolívar lo envió como regalo a su hermana María Antonia y hoy se exhibe en el salón Elíptico del Palacio Federal.
