Georges Antoine Chávez, conocido popularmente como Jorge Chávez (1887-1910), fue un aviador franco-peruano. Cruzó los Alpes desde Suiza hasta Italia. Está considerado como un héroe de la aviación nacional civil del Perú. El Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Chávez lleva su nombre en su honor.
