Orville Wright (1871-1948). Él y su hermano Wilbur fundaron una fábrica de bicicletas en 1892. Los Wright se interesaron en unas ideas sobre vuelo de maquetas y a partir de entonces, no cesaron de trabajar para así llevar al hombre en vuelo por los aires.
