"Patriotas hasta el castillo, agitan banderas alemanas . Con este objetivo la batalla atrajo hace 175 años en la entonces bávara Rheinpfalz alrededor de 30.000 participantes de Alemania, Francia y Polonia hasta las ruinas del castillo Hambach cerca de Neustadt an der Haardt.
