El Jeque Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum (1912-1990). Gobernante del emirato de Dubái desde 1958 hasta su fallecimiento en el 7 de octubre del 1990. Fue el Vicepresidente del Estado desde 1971 hasta su fallecimiento. Participó en la fundación de la Federación con el Jeque Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
