Manuel Luis Quezón y Molina​ (1878-1944), fue un jurista, militar, político y estadista filipino, que obtuvo una preponderancia en el ámbito político de las Filipinas, siendo el primer presidente de la Mancomunidad de Filipinas; cargo que ocupó el desde el 15 de noviembre de 1935 hasta su muerte, el 1 de agosto de 1944.
