- Patrimonio Mundial HAITI - Parque nacional histórico: Ciudadela, Sans Souci y Ramiers - La Citadelle - La Ciudadela Laferrière, también conocida como La Citadelle es una gran fortaleza localizada al norte de Haití. La grandiosa estructura de piedra fue construida por 20.000 trabajadores entre los años 1805 y 1820, ordenada por el rey Henri Christophe, como parte de un sistema de fortificaciones diseñado para mantener a la nueva nación independiente de Haití segura ante algún nuevo ataque por parte de Francia.
