| Observations | Of these flat rollers, only one complete sheet of 150 stamps without a year is known, formerly owned by M. Morel d'Arleux and bequeathed by him to the Postal Museum.
As a result, we know of NO vintage blocks "without" or with vintage drawn from a roulette sheet.
The vertical bands of 11 and 6 stamps come from wheels made in coils (not removable in any other presentation from 25 cents to type IA) They are very rare (4 known to date)
